Return & Refund Policy – Clay'd

We want you to love your Clay'd earrings. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

5-Day Return Policy

You have 5 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your earrings must be in the same condition you received them — unworn, unused, with all original packaging and tags.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please email us at getclayd@hotmail.com.
Once your return request is approved, we’ll arrange for the delivery company to contact you directly to schedule a pickup. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your earrings as soon as they arrive and contact us immediately if:

  • They are defective

  • They are damaged

  • You received the wrong item

To help us assess the issue quickly, please send a clear picture and a short video showing the problem. We’ll review it and get back to you with the next steps to make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Worn or used earrings

  • Sale items


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

  • If the new item has the same price as your returned item, it will be sent to you free of charge.

  • If the new item is more expensive, you’ll only need to pay the difference.

  • If the new item is less expensive, we will refund you the difference.


 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • If the customer changes their mind :
    If the item is inspected, approved by us, and confirmed to be in good condition, the driver will refund you in cash at the time of pickup of the returned item.

  • If the item is damaged :
    If the damage is confirmed and approved by us, the driver will refund you in cash at the time of pickup of the damaged item.
